Around 40 kms from Geelong or 20 kms past Torquay along the Great Ocean Road is the seaside town of Anglesea. A very popular surfing destination with patrolled beaches during summer Anglesea offers an ideal holiday by the sea at any time of year.
Anglesea River in the centre of the beaches is a great place for fishing or you can hire a paddleboat for some fun above the surface.
There are plenty of cafes and takeaways to enjoy and scenic accommodation abounds including camping facilities. Point Roadknight and Point Addis are two other beaches very close by that you should put on your local attractions list.
Anglesea is a great place to take your family at any time of year. There's plenty to do including paddleboating on the Anglesea River, walking along the beautiful beaches or taking in a cosy cafe. If you are visiting Anglesea during the cooler months rug up as the winds of the ocean can be quite fresh.
Great Ocean Road
World reknowned for its scenic drives aound the magnificent coastline of Victoria's south-west. The road runs 300 kilometres from the surfside town of Torquay, just south of Geelong through to Peterborough which is just east of Warrnambool. A winding road that takes you along cliff tops and breathtaking headlands, down to the edge of the beaches and across river estuaries and lush rainforests with beautiful scenery at every turn.

Sea Break Anglesea
Sea Break is a 2 storey, 20 square beach house, boasting an open, sunny layout with modern furniture and fittings. There are 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs, and a powder room downstairs. The large kitchen provides everything you need, including a dishwasher, double sink and microwave oven.
